Exchanges

If you find that your size isn't perfect, you can exchange it for the correct size within 7 days of delivery, as long as there’s no damage. Please note that for custom-made rings, exchanges are a bit trickier and may not be accepted based on the design. If you need assistance with a custom ring exchange, feel free to reach out to us at info@asuhjewellery.com.
Just a friendly reminder, exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted, but we’re here to help you find that perfect fit!

Returns

Returns are accepted for most pieces as long as they are undamaged and initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind that custom-made pieces and earrings cannot be returned as they are one-off pieces made just for you.

Choosing the right ring size

Finding the perfect ring size can be a bit tricky - the best way to ensure an accurate fit is to visit your local jeweller or a nearby jewellery store.
However, if you can’t make it to a shop, consider purchasing an adjustable ring sizer here online. It’s a great alternative that allows you to find your size right from the comfort of your home.

Repairs

If you've encountered any damage and need assistance, please email us with photos and details about the issue, and we’ll make sure to assess the situation promptly. Our team will send you a quote for repairs as quickly as possible.
For any faulty products, please send us an email along with a photo of the faulty piece to allow us to better understand the issue and ensure to address it properly. Once we receive the email we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping
At our slow-made jewellery business, we believe in the beauty of craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully handmade and crafted just for you, which means we take a little extra time to get everything just right.
Please allow up to two weeks for dispatch, as we want every detail to shine!

While your pieces may experience some dullness or darkening over time due to natural body oils, creams and perfumes, a simple swipe with our polishing cloth can restore their original shine.

Our beautiful Akoya and freshwater pearls just need a bit of extra love and care. To keep your pearls looking their best, please avoid any contact with water and chemicals like perfumes and chlorine. When it comes to storage, we care about keeping your treasure just as beautiful as the day you received them. Every piece comes with a soft muslin pouch; placing your pearls securely in this pouch protects them from scratches and ensure they stay shiny for all your special occasions- or everyday wear!
